濟南社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心管理城區(qū)內(nèi)七十多個小區(qū),近七萬余居民的基本醫(yī)療服務工作,大量的查體工作以及慢病隨訪工作給家庭醫(yī)生帶來巨大的壓力,檔案的真實性和規(guī)范性無法得到保障,家庭醫(yī)生在陸續(xù)投入使用隨訪包后,工作效率普遍提高,再也不用手動錄入查體數(shù)據(jù),而且居民當天可以在系統(tǒng)查詢到反饋結(jié)果?!盎ヂ?lián)網(wǎng)+智慧醫(yī)療”的創(chuàng)新服務模式,改變了傳統(tǒng)的服務手工登記模式,提升項目準確度,解決了基層義務人員數(shù)據(jù)錄入工作量大、體檢過程等待時間長等問題,居民檔案以及隨訪表的規(guī)范性大幅度提高。
The Jinan Community Health Service Center manages more than 70 residential areas in the urban area, providing basic medical services for nearly 70000 residents. The large amount of physical examination and chronic disease follow-up work puts enormous pressure on family doctors, and the authenticity and standardization of records cannot be guaranteed. After the use of follow-up packages, family doctors have generally improved their work efficiency, no longer need to manually enter physical examination data, and residents can query feedback results in the system on the same day. The innovative service model of "Internet plus+Smart Medicine" has changed the traditional manual service registration model, improved the accuracy of the project, solved the problems of large data entry workload of grass-roots volunteers, long waiting time in the physical examination process, and greatly improved the standardization of resident files and follow-up forms.
